Artículo quince. El Escuelas Vocacionales Agropecuarias organizará en el Instituto de Educación Rural de Pamplona cursos de Ciencias de la Educación Agrícola de nivel medio. Para ingresar a estos cursos se requiere el título de Bachiller Técnico agrícola.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Educación establecerá los planes de estudios y la reglamentación de estos cursos y de los demás que funcionen en dicho Instituto.
