Decreto 2665 de 1993 · Por el cual se establece la planta de personal del Ministerio de Transporte

ARTICULO 4o. Los funcionarios que sean incorporados a la planta de personal del Ministerio de Transporte, continuarán devengando el salario que les correspondía en la anterior planta de personal hasta el día en que tomen posesión del cargo en la planta de personal que establece este Decreto.

Parágrafo

Las incorporaciones y posesiones de que trata este artículo deben efectuarse dentro del término de dos (2) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto.
