Requisitos para Ascenso Policial. Los docentes policiales de planta en los cargos de: Director de Escuela, Comandante de Compañía, Comandante de Sección, Escuadra, o cuyo cargo tenga dentro de sus funciones la dedicación exclusiva como docente policial de la Dirección Nacional de Escuelas y sus unidades desconcentradas, tendrán derecho a que se les reconozca como requisito de ascenso de acuerdo con la ley, su dedicación a labores docentes.
