º. L egalización de las Tornaguías . Llámese legalización de las tornaguías la actuación del Jefe de Rentas o funcionario competente de la entidad territorial de destino de las mercancías amparadas con tornaguía, a través de la cual dicho funcionario da fe de que tales mercancías han llegado a la entidad territorial propuesta. Para tal efecto el transportador dejará una copia de la factura o relación al funcionario competente para legalizar la tornaguía.
