Las acciones que suscriban o hayan suscrito los prestatarios de la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial de conformidad con los artículos 17 del Decreto numero 1998 de 1931, y 2º del Decreto 2078 de 1931, serán admitidas en pago de los aportes que hagan los suscriptores de las sociedades seccionales de crédito. Dichas sociedades entregarán tales acciones a la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial a cambio de bonos, y la Caja queda facultada para reducir su capital en la cuantía equivalente al valor de las acciones que reciba.
