°. Asuntos cuantía indeterminada. Cuando se trate de asuntos de cuantía indeterminada el valor será máximo de 14 smdlv. Así mismo, si en el desarrollo de la conciliación la cuantía de las pretensiones es determinada, se deberá liquidar la tarifa conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 1° del presente decreto.

Decreto 4089 de 2007 · por el cual se adopta el marco que fija las tarifas para los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje, conciliadores y árbitros, y se dictan otras disposiciones para regular el adecuado funcionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Conciliación y Arbitraje.
