Los departamentos y el Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá podrán aprehender y decomisar en sus respectivas jurisdicciones, a través de las autoridades competentes, los productos sometidos a los impuestos al consumo de que trata este Capítulo que no acrediten el pago del impuesto, o cuando se incumplan las obligaciones establecidas a los sujetos responsables.
