Desígnase al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, a través de la Consejería Presidencial para la Juventud, la Mujer y la Familia como entidad coordinadora de las actividades necesarias para la participación de Colombia y preparación de la VI Reunión Regional de Buenos Aires en septiembre de 1994 y la IV Conferencia Mundial sobre la Mujer en Beijing, China, en septiembre de 1995.
