Los Senadores y Representantes que, durante la legislatura a-que estuvieren asistiendo,

adquieran, una enfermedad o sufran una lesión que los incapacite de modo temporal; o permanente para contiftuar desempéñando el cargo, tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones por enfermedad o invalidez que los Ministros del Despacho Ejecutivo, a cargo de la Nación.
