Notificada la providencia que declara la quiebra, el proceso se abrirá a prueba por treinta días, así: diez para pedirlas y veinte para practicarlas. Cuando deban surtirse pruebas en el exterior, se concederá un término extraordinario de acuerdo con lo previsto en el Código de Procedimiento Civil para el proceso ordinario de mayor cuantía.
