Destínase la suma de quinientos pesos ($500) mensuales como contribución nacional a la obra de acción social que funciona en la ciudad de Bogotá, denominada oratorio Festivo del Venerable don Juan Bosco, y la suma de trescientos pesos ($300) mensuales, para fomentar el Sindicato Nacional de Obreros de la Aguja que igualmente funciona en la ciudad de Bogotá.
