Libro De Registro De Inspección

Libro de registro de inspección. Se debe llevar un libro de registro, donde se anotarán las fechas de inspección, tipo de trabajo y las observaciones realizadas sobre los sistemas mecánicos de transporte con cables.

Parágrafo

De cada cable a utilizar, se debe separar un tramo testigo de aproximadamente tres metros de longitud (3 m), identificándolo con la fecha de ingreso y el sitio donde se utilice. Debe almacenarse en un sitio seco y protegido por un (1) mes más del correspondiente al tiempo de servicio del tramo del cable inicial. Para cada tramo de cable recibido, debe existir un certificado del fabricante.
