Consulta popular nacional. El Presidente de la República, con la firma de todos los ministros y previo concepto favorable del Senado de la República, podrá consultar al pueblo una decisión de trascendencia nacional.

No se podrán realizar consultas sobre temas que impliquen modificación a la Constitución Política.
