La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, en observancia de sus competencias establecidas en el inciso segundo del artículo 157 y el artículo 159 del Decreto ley 960 de 1970, determinará la ubicación de las notarías Setenta y Nueve (79) y Ochenta (80) del Círculo Notarial de Bogotá, D. C., y establecerá sus horarios de despacho. En cualquier caso, deberá garantizar la prestación del servicio público notarial en el Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado.
