Articulo 47. El Instituto podrá también, con autorización de la Junta Directiva, propiciar y garantizar préstamos con cualesquiera entidades nacionales o extranjeras con el objeto de estimular el establecimiento de centros de colonización que, a su juicio, convengan a los intereses económicos del país.
