º El artículo 1º del Decreto 1059 de 1983, quedará así: "Artículo 1º El Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, en desarrollo de lo previsto en los artículos 16, 17 y 18 del Decreto-ley 3118 de 1968, podrá adelantar, con el Banco Central Hipotecario, Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda y con personas especializadas en la actividad de la construcción de vivienda, proyectos específicos habitacionales con el objeto de que sus afiliados puedan satisfacer sus necesidades habitacionales".
