° Los fondos que el Departamento del Chocó reciba en el primer semestre de 1959, serán invertidos conforme al Plan preliminar de inversiones del Departamento que adopte el Gobierno Nacional. Las inversiones del segundo semestre de 1959 se efectuarán, según las recomendaciones formuladas por el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Planeación que adopte el Gobierno Nacional.
