Legitimación. La solicitud de clarificación sobre la vigencia legal de los títulos de origen colonial o republicano de los resguardos indígenas, para su reestructuración o ampliación, podrá ser realizada por las autoridades indígenas tradicionales del resguardo objeto de la solicitud, sus cabildos u organizaciones indígenas que actúen con su previo consentimiento colectivo, el cual deberá constar en acta, ante la Agencia Nacional de Tierras.
