Las personas que hayan cumplido veinticuatro (24) años sin haber definido su situación militar, sin distingo de su condición, serán exonerados en su totalidad de las sanciones pecuniarias que hubiere dispuesto la ley.

Ley 2341 de 2023 · por medio de la cual se establecen disposiciones especiales para resolver la situación militar de mayores de veinticuatro (24) años y los estudiantes universitarios que hayan superado los cinco (5) semestres de la carrera y se dictan otras disposiciones.
