ARTICULO 2.2.0.1.- OFERTA PUBLICA. Se entiende por oferta pública aquella que se dirija a personas no determinadas o a sector o grupo de personas determinados, o que se realice por algún medio de comunicación masiva para suscribir, enajenar o adquirir documentos de los mencionados en el artículo 1.1.0.1. del presente Estatuto. Lo anterior debe entenderse sin perjuicio de lo que sobre el particular haya dispuesto la Superintendencia de Valores, la cual puede adoptar las reglas generales que permitan establecer cuando una oferta de valores tiene el carácter de pública y sus distintas modalidades.
