Notificación y respuesta al requerimiento especial aduanero . El requerimientoespecial aduanero se notificará de manera personal o por correo al presunto infractor o infractores y a los terceros que deban vincularse, tales como a la compañía de seguros, entidad bancaria o, en general, al garante y a los responsables solidarios o subsidiarios. La respuesta al Requerimiento Especial Aduanero se presentará por el interesado, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a su notificación y en ella formulará sus objeciones y solicitará las pruebas que pretenda hacer valer. Tal escrito no requiere de presentación personal.
