Pero si por olvido u otra causa se omitiere por la autoridad judicial el cumplimiento de esta disposición, el Gobernador del Departamento revocara la resolución sobre rebaja de pena que anteriormente hubiere dictado y hará cumplir la primitiva condena en su totalidad.
