Artículo decimotercero. Los cargos de perito, cuando los dictámenes que hayan de rendirse versen sobre cuestiones científicas o técnicas de química, comprendidas dentro las áreas enumeradas en el artículo 2º de la Ley 53 de 1975, deberán ser encomendados a profesionales químicos matriculados, preferentemente especializados en dichas ramas, de acuerdo con las normas procedimentales que rigen sobre la materia.
