Decreto 2912 de 2001 · por el cual se establece el régimen salarial y prestacional de los docentes de las Universidades Estatales u Oficiales del Orden Nacional, Departamental, Municipal y Distrital.

Derecho y liquidación . Por cada año completo de servicios el personal docente tiene derecho a treinta (30) días de vacaciones de los cuales quince (15) son hábiles continuos y quince (15) días calendario.

Parágrafo

Las vacaciones se liquidan con base en los siguientes valores, siempre y cuando el docente tenga derecho a ellos, en la fecha en la cual inicia el disfrute de aquellas

La remuneración mensual;

Una doceava (1/12) de la Prima de Servicios;

Una doceava (1/12) de la Bonificación por Servicios Prestados.
