Los acuerdos mensuales de gastos requerirán para su validez l a re frendación de la Contraloría Departamental, la cual deberá objetarlos c uando no ciñan a las reglamentaciones establecidas en el presente estatuto. El Contralor General del Departamento dispondrá de dos días hábiles para presentar Ia s objeciones que tenga, las cuales serán consideradas y resueltas por el Consejo de Gobierno dentro de los dos días siguientes. Si la contraloría no objetare el acuerdo mensual dentro del plazo establecido, este podrá ejecutarse automáticamente.
