El artículo 10 del Decreto 398 de 1983 quedará así:
"El inciso segundo del artículo 41 del Decreto 3803 de 1982, quedará así: 'cuando el contribuyente o responsable no informe dicha dirección, la notificación pertinente se efectuará a la última dirección informada en el respectivo proceso de determinación y discusión del tributo"'.
