ARTICULO 1° Cédese al Municipio de Dagua, en el Departamento del Valle del Cauca, la planta eléctrica montada por el Ferrocarril del Pacífico y que estuvo sirviendo como generadora de energía y fuerza para las maquinarias de dicha empresa; el edificio en donde funciona dicha planta y el en que funcionó el Hospital del Ferrocarril

Parágrafo

En la cesión, que deberá hacerse por escritura pública, se le reconocerá a la Nación el uso gratuito a perpetuidad de todo servicio de luz y energía que necesite o pueda necesitar para las oficinas y dependencias de la empresa en dicha población.
