ARTICULO 18 . Improcedencia de la acción disciplinaria. No podrá abrirse investigación disciplinaria para establecer la responsabilidad de un funcionario, por los mismos hechos o actos respecto de los cuales ya había sido investigado y culminado el proceso disciplinario con una decisión de archivo o la imposición de una sanción.
