Artículo cuarto. Los industriales, importadores y comerciantes, quedan obligados a fijar a sus productos el precio de venta para el consumidor, y a elaborar el catalogo de precios que deberán entregar a la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, a los Alcaldes y a los distribuidores, y a mantener dichos catálogos a disposición del público en los lugares de venta. Las mercancías que se exhiben en vitrinas deberán llevar marcado en forma visible el precio de venta al público.
