° . Consejo Directivo . El consejo Directivo de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia, UNAD, estará integrado así

a)

El Ministro de Educación Nacional o su delegado quien lo preside;

b)

El Gobernador del Departamento de Cundinamarca o su delegado;

c)

Un miembro designado por el Presidente de la República;

d)

Un representante de las Directivas Académicas;

e)

Un (1) profesor de la Universidad;

f)

Un (1) egresado de la Universidad;

g)

Un (1) estudiante de la Universidad;

h)

Un Representante del sector productivo;

i)

Un Ex Rector Universitario;

j)

El rector de la institución con voz y sin voto.

Parágrafo 1

Será invitado permanente un Director de los Centros de Educación Abierta y a Distancia, CEAD.

Parágrafo 2

Las elecciones de los miembros de que tratan los literales d), e), f), g), h), e i), serán reglamentadas por el Consejo Directivo. CAPITULO III Estructura
