Los Talleres O Sitios En Donde Se Realizan Labores Mineras Durante La Noche, Deberán Tener Iluminación Adecuada Y Suficiente De Acuerdo Con La Clase De Labor Que Se Realice

Los talleres o sitios en donde se realizan labores mineras durante la noche, deberán tener iluminación adecuada y suficiente de acuerdo con la clase de labor que se realice.

Parágrafo 1

Los sitios de trabajo que ofrezcan mayor peligro de accidentes deberán estar suficientemente iluminados, especialmente aquellos en donde se manejen o funcionen máquinas y equipos.

Parágrafo 2

En los sitios de trabajo en donde se ejecutan labores nocturnas se instalará un sistema de iluminación de emergencia en las escaleras y salidas auxiliares.
