Art. 4.° En la formación del sumario no podrán emplearse más de diez días para establecer el cuerpo del delito y las pruebas que hubiere contra los sindicados. Vencido este término, el sumario y los procesadores que se hallen detenidos los pasará el funcionario instructor á la Corte Marcial.
