Conocido el hecho o recibida la información según el caso, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, su entidad adscrita o vinculada o las Estaciones de Apoyo y Salvamento Minero, procederán a comprobarlo y una vez establecida la necesidad, se aplicará la Medida de Prevención o de Seguridad correspondiente, con base en la evaluación del peligro que pueda representar la situación.
