Solicitud de homologación. Efectuada la publicación y en el plazo previsto en el artículo 7° del presente decreto, el interesado radicará la solicitud de homologación ante la entidad competente, anexando los documentos de que trata los numerales 9.2.1 a 9.2.9 del artículo 9° de este decreto.
