No se conferirán despachos de los grados militares, sino a los Oficiales de Guerra del Ejército activo y a los de Reserva.

Los Oficiales de Sanidad y empleados militares, sólo tendrán derecho al nombramiento del destino respectivo.

Las asimilaciones para efectos fiscales no se computan como grado efectivo.
