DEPARTAMENTO DE OBRAS PÚBLICAS

Artículo 636. Para atender a los gastos de la carretera del Sur, de Pasto a Barbacoas, y a las mejoras del puerto de Tumaco, de conformidad con la Ley 65 de 1912 , en relación con el importe del treinta por ciento del producto bruto de la Aduana de Tumaco, en nueve meses, contados de abril a diciembre del año en curso
