Cuando sea demandada una persona jurídica que no esté provista de representante legal, el Juez a quien corresponde conocer del asunto, previo juramento del demandante o representante, le nombrará un curador ad litem, quien la representará hasta que presente el legítimo representante de esa persona jurídica.

Lo dispuesto en este artículo se aplica cuando el representante de la persona jurídica está impedido para desempeñar su cargo.
