Art. 49. Los Ajentes consulares de aquellos puertos de donde partan líneas de correos–paquetes subvencionados o especialmente protejidos por Gobiernos estranjeros, podrán dirijir los pliegos cerrados i sellados de que trata el artículo anterior, por la balija del correo que conduzca el respectivo buque, si al Capitan le estuviere prohibido conducirlos fuera de dicha balija.
