Los gobernadores de los departamentos, los intendentes y los comisarios intervendrán en la solución de los conflictos laborales cuándo el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social así lo solicite. Dicha intervención se efectuará en coordinación con las Divisiones Departamentales de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, o con los Inspectores de Trabajo y Seguridad Social según el caso.
