Art. 15. Se tendrá como incluida en el Código Fiscal la disposicion del artículo único de la lei de 21 de junio de 1872, que autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para rebajar el precio de la sal compactada hasta sesenta centavos por cada 12 1/2 kilógramos. Queda así reformado el artículo 434 del mismo Código.
