Autorizar a la Universidad Nacional de Colombia para que, con cargo a los recursos definidos por esta ley, cree la beca del sesquicentenario, con el fin de apoyar a los mejores estudiantes de pregrado de las sedes de presencia nacional de la Institución. La reglamentación de la beca será definida por la Universidad.
