La convocatoria ante el Tribunal Médico Laboral de Revisión Militar y de Policía podrá presentarla el calificado, el Director de Sanidad de cada Fuerza o de la Policía Nacional o su equivalente, el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares, el Director General de la Policía Nacional, y el Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa, según sea el caso.
