Art. 59. Los Contadores no están impedidos en ningún caso para conocer de los juicios de cuentas, pero pueden ser recusados por las mismas causas que pueden serlo los Magistrados y los Jueces según el Código Judicial de la República. El procedimiento para la recusación y decisión de ella, será el mismo que se observa en casos semejantes por la Corte Suprema para con sus Magistrados.
