Se entiende que hay alteración material cuando se cambia la fecha; la suma pagadera, ya por principal o por intereses; el tiempo o lugar del pago; el número o las relaciones de las partes; la especie en que el pago debe hacerse; o que agregue un lugar de pago cuando no se ha especificado ninguno o cambie o agregué algo que altere los efectos del instrumento por cualquier aspecto.
