º . El aviso de que trata el artículo 11 del Decreto 161 de 1915, deberá darse en todo caso al empleado que allí se menciona, aun cuando se trate de artículos destinados al consumo en el lugar por donde se introducen, a efecto de establecer el peso neto de los mismos y verificar en los libros los asientos a que hubiere lugar, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 20 del mismo Decreto.
