La asamblea de accionistas al disponer sobre las utilidades del ejercicio podrá constituir una reserva destinada a pagar a las acciones con dividendo preferencial y sin derecho de voto que se emitan en el futuro, una suma equivalente a dicho dividendo mínimo preferencial durante el ejercicio en el cual se ofrezcan dichas acciones.
