º. A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto el Gobierno procederá, previa petición de parte interesada, o de oficio si lo considera conveniente, a revisar las concesiones y reglamentaciones existentes sobre las aguas que fueren necesarias para el beneficio de las obras de que se habla en el artículo 1º. a fin de reducirlas a lo estrictamente necesario, o suspenderlas, según el caso.
