El artículo 33 del Decreto 3118 de 26 de diciembre de 1968 quedará así: El Fondo Nacional de Ahorro liquidará y abonará en cuenta intereses del 12 por ciento anual sobre las cantidades que el 31 de diciembre de cada año figuren a favor de cada empleado público o trabajador oficial, inclusive sobre la parte de cesantías que se encuentren en poder de establecimientos públicos o empresas industriales o comerciales del Estado que gocen del plazo previsto en el artículo 47 del Decreto 3118 de 1968.
