Art. 33. Toca al sustanciador el nombramiento de todas las personas que deban intervenir ocasionalmente en el proceso que sustancia, como peritos, defensores, contadores &a cuando el nombramiento deba ser judicial según la ley; y ante el mismo sustanciador tomarán posesión las personas nombradas.
