Los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora en Amplitud Modulada (A.M.) deberán pagar a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, los derechos por concepto de la concesión otorgada, frecuencia utilizada y potencia de operación autorizada, de conformidad con las normas establecidas en este capítulo.
